The 1810 Company/SCHOCK UK welcomes new Regional Sales Manager

The 1810 Company/SCHOCK UK are pleased to announce the latest addition to their field sales team. John Himsworth has joined the company and becomes the third 1810/SCHOCK UK Regional Sales Manager now operating across the UK, with John responsible for southern areas. His appointment follows recent changes which have seen Neil Cockcroft and Daniel Smith also assume new Regional Sales Manager roles. John brings an abundance of experience from several leadership positions held in the hospitality industry, and is looking forward to applying this in his new position at 1810/SCHOCK UK.

John commented: “I am very much looking forward to using the interpersonal and leadership skills I have developed in my previous roles over the last 20 years. I am looking forward to getting started and building positive, collaborative relationships with new and existing customers.”

As a Regional Sales Manager, John will be supported by three members of our Internal Sales Development Team (ISDT). This is part of 1810/SCHOCK UK’s new sales strategy, which has seen the expansion of our ISDT and a new team of Regional Sales Managers. Together, these changes result in a new, more tailored approach to our customer service. The new approach is something John is very excited to be part of. “It is a really dynamic set up that sets us apart from our competitors,” he said. “I am looking forward to being part of an innovative industry-leading company and am really excited by the new structure we have.”
